Specialized in Outsourcing in IT and in Recruitment and Selection Processes of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers and partners. We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f) to join our team.




Profile

• At least 15 years' experience on the role for which the service is being hired;
• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management or other relevant degree for the function;
• Experience in project management methodologies: AGILE / Scrum, Design Thinking;
• Excellent analysis and communication skills;
• Attention to detail and proactivity;
• Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility;
• Knowledge of SAS, SAP and Salesforce will be a plus;
• Knowledge of Jira and / or Confluence tools will be valued.
Deliverables
- Ensure that customer requirements are understandable to the project team and developers;
- Ensure application evolution and new application design through requirements gathering;
- Elaborate and operationalize test acceptance criteria.
