Human Profiler is a Human Resources Consulting company, specialized in IT Outsourcing and recruitment and selection of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers. Our client is looking for a Java Lead Developer (m/f).

• Minimum of +7 years with Java development tasks
• Experience in Frontend/Backend (Angular or any other UI framework, JAVA >= 8)
• Experience in RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL)
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot
• Knowledge in Application architecture (MicroServices based archi, hexagonal,…)
• CD/CI
• Experience working in an Agile environment and SCRUM methodologies
• AWS or other cloud platform (valued)

Soft Skills:
• Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness and curiosity to learn
• Is a role model and able to inspire team members
• Acts as a technical coach facilitating the decision and design-making process of the team
• Has visibility and a span of influence beyond the team
