Lead, as an expert, the development team
Perform coding whenever necessary/possible
Help to define strategies to improve team performance
Participate / Lead the root cause analysis and resolution of incidents in Productive and non-productive environments.
Estimate effort and the skills needed for projects and
Ad-hoc tasks (Identify potential solutions, including the cost/benefit of each option)
Act as a team interface for Project Managers, Business
Analysts, and Product Owners.
