Human Profiler is a Human Resources Consulting company, specialized in IT Outsourcing and recruitment and selection of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers. Our client is looking for a IT Innovation Tech Architect (m/f) - Hybrid.

• Work with multiple projects & applications’ technical leaders to provide guidance according with each project constraints and requirements and together reach a common architectural vision and a technical approach;
• Act as the mediator between business and technical stakeholders for closing the gap and having knowledge of the organizational principles and pattern, driving solution design and providing key insights through the project execution;
• Collaborate closely with your peers;
• Be challenged to investigate new approaches, patterns, technologies, platforms, solutions and even assess potential solution providers or alternative solutions;
• Communicate regularly on your tasks & progress to the local technical leader & project management;
• Embrace a knowledge sharing and coaching culture;

• An Information Technology degree
• More than 5 years' experience working with Software and System Architecture
• Consolidated software development key concepts and best practices
• Consolidated database development (RDBMS & NoSQL) analysis, design and development
• Comfortable with Agile Software Development
• Ability to write & review code in Java as well as Java development frameworks (Spring + SpringBoot Framework, preferential), not forgetting Unit Testing relying in common Mocking frameworks (preferably with TDD experience)
• Knowledge in REST API principles, design and implementation, preferably using API First approach
• Knowledge in cloud native applications architecture and common patterns
• Understand the benefit of adopting and automating the software development lifecycle relying in SecDevOps toolchain composed by a continuous integration engine, version management, artifact repository, static code analysis, static application security testing and dependency vulnerabilities check
• Technical proficiency on security standards and implementations like OAuth2 and Openld
• Knowledge in Kubernetes and Docker is relevant to design, propose and develop Applications hosted in our Cloud
• Willing to learn and discover new trending technologies, approaches and methodologies to foster our innovative mindset
• Excellent communication skills with good spoken & written English capabilities (mandatory)
• Pragmatic, analytical and critical thinking focused on solutions
• Self-organized and able to provide quick feedback, both macro and micro level
