Human Profiler is a Human Resources Consultant with a decade of experience in the market. Specialized in Outsourcing in IT and in Recruitment and Selection Processes of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers and partners. We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management specialist (m/f) to join our team.


Profile

• Experience in the use of customer relationship management and service management practices
and tools (e.g. SMT);
• Experience with issue and project tracking tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA);
• Experience with the use of wiki and collaborative sites;
• Experience on 1st level support of information systems.
Optional expertise:
• Experience in manual testing of web applications;
• Experience in elicitation of business requirements;
• Experience with preparation and provision of IT trainings.
Languages:
• The consultant has to be fluent in English. Documents will be written in English.
Tools/ Methodologies used in the unit:
• MS Teams, SMT, JIRA, etc.;
