OpportunityHuman Profiler is a Human Resources Consultant with a decade of experience in the market. Specialized in Outsourcing in IT and in Recruitment and Selection Processes of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers and partners. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (m/f) - Hybrid (Belgium) to join our team.
• Gather, challenge and consolidate the pain points and needs of a diverse set of internal & external stakeholders and gain extensive expertise on the subject at hand
- Work in close collaboration with the relevant experts to support and challenge them with defining the product concept, detailed processes and/or conceptual and functional architecture
• Identify business needs
• Contribute to Opus and Feature slicing, applying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concept throughout and support the (Cluster) Product Owner with backlog prioritization and refinement
• Define and execute business test scenarii
• Provide support during business and user testing and assist with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable
• Make and maintain sufficient (simple, understandable, easy consulting,…) documentation needed for a uniform execution, incident solving and support
English + Dutch or French
• Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods
• Good expertise in MS Office
• Good understanding of Octane (testing tool)
