Specialized in Outsourcing in IT and in Recruitment and Selection Processes of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers and partners. We are looking for a Lean Change Agent (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon) to join our team.


- Encourage leadership on all levels of a maintenance team;
- Facilitate evolutionary change especially in the area of knowledge sharing as well as identification and
implementation of measures to improve efficiency and flow;
- Facilitate the team to control their service delivery by the definition, implementation, and
documentation of policies;
- Prepare, execute, moderate meetings and workshops.

- You have supported several teams successfully implementing Lean/Kanban;
- Knowledge and experience working in Scrum is a Plus;
- Deep experience in mediating conflicts;
- Good moderation/facilitation skills;
- Empathetic;
- Ability to transform ideas into actions;
- Fluent in English.
