Human Profiler is a Human Resources Consultant with a decade of experience in the market. Specialized in Outsourcing in IT and in Recruitment and Selection Processes of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers and partners. We are looking for an UI Design (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon).


Profile

• Have a strong portfolio that reflects the experience
• Proficiency in UI best practices and standards
• Strong skills in design and prototyping software including Figma and Sketch, and preferably Adobe XD
• Have basic front end dev knowledge (HTML, CSS, etc.)
• Experience in working with Agile/scrum development process
• General knowledge of UX design
• English (Mastery)
• French is a plus
• Ability to clearly justify design decisions and communicate them to all stakeholders
• Capable of finding good compromises between a perfect design and technical requirements/limitations
• Having worked in a pure IT environment
• Affinity with the financial world
• Well organized and paying attention to details
• Good capacity to adapt even with a limited set of tools to design
