This professional will be assigned to a project in a very important client, being responsible for Administration of Windows Systems.
12th grade (or) Degree Informatics Engineering / Information Technology (preferential);
Minimum experience of 2 years in the administration of Microsoft systems;
Experience in managing all O365 & Intune platforms;
Azure AD (users, mailboxes);
End User Support & Management - Desktop Hardware, Print Management, CMDB;
Consolidated knowledge of Internet technologies;
Documentation & Knowledge Base;
ITSM (ITIL) – Incident/Request Management;
Fluency in English.
