Human Profiler is a Human Resources Consultant with a decade of experience in the market. Specialized in Outsourcing in IT and in Recruitment and Selection Processes of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers and partners. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (m/f) to join our team.



You will be responsible to operate our (cloud) IT products facing internal and external Customers.
You will implement our cloud infrastructure strategy together with colleagues from IT architecture.
You will use infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform to define and configure our system landscape with various cloud providers.
You will develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to further automate our deployments.
You will be the first contact for questions regarding cloud operations or advice on the operational feasibility of product requirements.
You will be able to put your ideas into action for improving our DevOps processes.
You will be part of an international, agile team in a stable economic environment, working mostly from remote with your colleagues from Germany.

You have a computer sciences or information sciences degree, or a comparable training
You have been working in software development for multiple years and ideally come with a “full” developer background.
You offer an in-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines and common DevOps tools and services (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub, GIT, Jira, Sonar, Grafana).
You are confident in using scripting languages (e.g. Shell scripting, Ansible, Python) to automate DevOps processes.
You have profound knowledge of cloud architectures (e.g. of AWS, Azure, GCP) and container-based operating models (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Istio).
You know how to work in an agile, remote, CI/CD-enabled environment.
Your English is very good, and you are able to understand and present complex ideas.
