OpportunityHuman Profiler is a Human Resources Consultant with a decade of experience in the market. Specialized in Outsourcing in IT and in Recruitment and Selection Processes of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers and partners. We are looking for a Support (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon).
• Ability to work in fast paced global environment
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Support/IT experience
• Prior experience understanding functional specifications, process flow diagrams and procedures
• Good written and spoken English is mandatory
• UNIX/Linux knowledge is necessary
• SQL/Oracle knowledge is necessary
• Prior experience with job schedulers e.g. Autosys 11.3.6, Control-M is a plus
• Experience with different file transfer protocols e.g. FTP/SFTP, MQ, CFT
• Understanding of system architectures such as SSO, Firewalls, load balancer etc. is a plus
• ITIL experience
